     When you hire Carolyn and I we'll keep working intently until we get your property sold. That's our only goal and it's what we do every day.

     We know how to maximize the curb appeal of your home, ways to get buyers to take mental possession when they first look at your home, and how to improve the effectiveness of your showings. We'll even go over our marketing plan with you so you'll know what we'll do to get your home sold!

     Everyone wants to get the most for their money. We don't expect you to be any different so we're prepared to provide you with the best service you'll find.

     We'll perform a database search of homes that are similar to yours that have sold recently and let you know what you can realistically expect to get when your home sells. Once we know that, we can help you establish a price that will maximize your interests. Then, in addition to entering your home into the multiple listing databases that cover all of Delaware and parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and putting up a yard sign, we will:

• Create and distribute full color flyers of your home
• Alert the neighborhood with news of your home going on the market
• Feature your home on the World Wide Web
• Contact you with the results of all showings
• Meet with you when necessary to take a fresh look at adjusting our selling strategy
• Regularly check the market for updated information that directly affects the sale of your home

     And so much more. As you can see, we take our job seriously and expect to be held to a high standard.
