They started Watson's Auction in 1993 at the corner of Northeast Front and North Washington Streets, where they have regularly scheduled auctions. Glenn was only 13 when he got started working for a local auctioneer. Donna learned her business prowess from her dad by helping him in the family business, Mills Brothers Markets. Donna didn't get started as young as Glenn did, though ... she waited until the ripe old age of 14.

     In June of 1994 they went into the real estate business when they opened Watson's Realty and then in July, 1998, they started the local RE/MAX franchise with the opening of RE/MAX Twin Counties. Since that time, they have become a recognizable force in the local real estate market. You don't have to drive by too many real estate signs before realizing that RE/MAX Twin Counties is a major player in and around Milford.

     Over the years, our business became more and more by referral. After we hadn't relied on walk-in customers for quite a while, and realizing that folks were coming to us because they had heard about the Rash Team from friends, we decided it was time for a move.
