Understanding that two heads are better than one, in 1997 we began working as a team with Carolyn focusing on buyers and me working with sellers. Melody joined us in 2001. In June, 2006, I passed the Real Estate Broker's Exam and am now a licensed Broker. In the interest of full disclosure I've put my license in an inactive status. Carolyn and I have paid double fees (to two MLSes) and it gets quite expensive. Until this downturned economy picks up I take care of marketing which doesn't require a license. Carolyn and Melody meet with all our clients/customers and handle the parts of the business that require licensing.

     I've tried to make this Web site user-friendly by designing it so that you can get whatever information you want with only two or three clicks.
