Hi! I'm Jim Rash and I want to welcome you to the real estate and homes for sale website for Melody Mackert, Karen Barnes, Carolyn Rash, Steve Buckles, and me ... the Rash Team. Although we specialize in residential property sales, both already existing homes and houses that have just been built, we also handle building lots and lot/home packages for the new home builders and developers we work with. We've been the sales agents for complete sub-divisions and are now marketing Crescent Shores. We've also participated in the sale of farms, some of which have become new-home neighborhoods. Over the years we've listed and sold commercial real estate as well. We've worked with clients and customers in many of the towns in Kent and Sussex counties including Dover, North Bowers Beach, Frederica, Felton, Smyrna, Harrington, Houston, Magnolia, Greenwood, Lincoln, Ellendale, Milford, Milton, Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Seaford, and probably a couple more that have slipped my mind. We're with Keller Williams® Realty.
Knowing that two heads are better than one, in 1997 Carolyn and I began working as a team. Carolyn focused on buyers and I worked with sellers. Melody joined us in 2001. Karen and Steve joined us in 2011 and completed our team. In June, 2006, I got my Broker's license. You can find out more about The Rash Team by clicking the link in the menu bar. Knowing that it's frustrating when you want to look at homes for sale, and finding them on a real estate Web site is sort of like playing Where's Waldo, I've tried to simplify things. So if you want to see the homes we have listed for sale (and, unless we're related, that's most likely why you've come to this site) you'll find the Homes For Sale link will take you to our listings. If you want to live in the home of your dreams, you'll need some land. You can check out the properties we're marketing by linking to the Lots & Land page. While you're there you'll see information about builders we've had working relationships with. You can talk to them and decide for yourself if you're interested in having one of them help make your dreams come true. The Contact Us link will take you to a page that lists the ways you can contact us which, of course, includes e-mail. I've tried to make this Web site user-friendly by designing it so that you can get whatever information you want with only two or three clicks. Hopefully, you'll find that it actually works that way. Additionally, at the top and bottom of every page is a navigation bar that you can use to quickly link to anywhere on this site.
